CHAPTER 01
New-E Security Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in the year 2000 to provide professional security guard services. The name carries the company's purpose — an eagle eye of the new economy — and the emblem of two eagle eyes has stood for vigilance, precision and continuous watch ever since.
CHAPTER 02
More than twenty-five years on, the business spans licensed manpower, consultancy, risk assessment, mobile escort, security courier and integrated security technology — all supported from one 24/7 operations centre.

Officers are licensed, trained and supervised. Incidents are recorded honestly. Clients are told what we recommend and why — including when the answer is that they need less than they were expecting to buy.

Yes. New-E Security Pte Ltd holds a Grade A security agency licence issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department — the highest agency licensing tier. Every officer we deploy also holds a valid individual security officer licence.
We are ISO 9001 certified for quality management, accredited bizSAFE Level 3 for workplace safety and health, and hold PWMark Plus accreditation under the Progressive Wage Model. We are a member of the Association of Certified Security Agencies and the Singapore Business Federation.
