GROUP 01

Licensing and compliance

Yes. New-E Security Pte Ltd holds a Grade A security agency licence issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department — the highest agency licensing tier. Every officer we deploy also holds a valid individual security officer licence.

We are ISO 9001 certified for quality management, accredited bizSAFE Level 3 for workplace safety and health, and hold PWMark Plus accreditation under the Progressive Wage Model. We are a member of the Association of Certified Security Agencies and the Singapore Business Federation.

Yes. We are a registered government supplier under S7 and have delivered security services on government projects in Singapore.

GROUP 02

Manpower and deployment

Rapid deployment is a standing operational capability, coordinated through our 24/7 operations centre. Call 6225 1269 and we will confirm what can be mobilised and when.

Officers complete WSQ training and receive instruction in counter terrorism awareness, traffic control, crowd management, first aid, CPR, security risk assessment, customer service and emergency response.

Deployments are supervised by company supervisors who conduct site visits and audits, supported by the operations centre. Supervision is verified, not assumed.

Yes. We provide island-wide coverage, with deployment and response coordinated centrally.

GROUP 03

Technology and operations

Access control, biometric systems, barrier systems, body-worn cameras, metal detection, digital reporting and security monitoring — designed and integrated so systems support officers rather than operate in isolation.

Yes. The operations centre is manned 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and holds responsibility for escalation, relief coordination and incident reporting.

It can change how officers are used. Under an outcome-based model, technology absorbs routine monitoring and reporting so officers are deployed where human judgement is genuinely required.

GROUP 04

Engaging New-E Security

No. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will assess your requirement and set out what we recommend and why.

Site plans if available, current operating hours, existing security arrangements and any incident history. If you do not have these, we will establish what is needed during the site assessment.

Contracts can be structured conventionally by deployment, or on an outcome basis where performance is measured against agreed security outcomes.
